I can't exactly remember if this card was for a challenge or not. So I'm saying it is not unless someone comes forward and tells me I stole their design without credit or something. LOL
What I used: QT Hooty set from Pink Cat Studio, Neenah CS, Memento ink, Copic markers, Cuttlebug, Nestabilities, SU CS, DCWV glitter mat pack, paper piercer, velvet ribbon, Prima flowers, and a Making Memories rhinestone brad.
