More playing around!
So, I'm still playing around with paper and ink and stamps and pretties! Enjoying the mess out of it. Speaking of mess, WHEW my craft stuff is sorely out of sorts. Hopefully I'll find some time to sort more of it out...mainly so I can find stuff. LOL!
Anyway, here's some cards I made! Thanks for looking! <3

13 June 2013
Playing in paper and couldn't be happier!
So, I've found a little time this week to make a few things. Just getting my feet wet. Nothing fancy or involved. Just practicing, getting back into the groove. ;)
All the stamps used were from CC Designs. Designer papers were from my stash. Who knows where they're from anymore...LOL! And I used Memento Ink and colored with Copic markers. Embellishments and other things are from my stash.
Thanks for stopping by! <3

ATS Review Preview -- Autumn Sugarplums
Today on the ATS blog, we're reviewing these cute new Sugarplums! I just love each and every one of them and I'd love to have made a card using each one but dang it if time isn't the ENEMY of them. Chuh. There is time. RUINING ALL MY FUN. hehe!!!
So I used Mummy Trevor on my card today. He just cracks me up! RAWR...so scary, Trevor! *GRIN*
I wasn't "in love" with any of the Halloween-ish paper that I have since we don't really do a lot of Halloween here at our house so I really don't buy that much. Halloween paper I mean, goodness gravy I buy enough of every other kind of paper! hehe Anyway, so I found this green patterned paper and it looked pretty spooky but not spooky ENOUGH....so I added the little googly eyes poking up...heeeee! And to make the little background behind him, I used the cracked glass technique to make it more spooooooooooooooookyyyyy!
Stamps: Mummy Trevor from All That Scraps, Amy R. Spooky Sentiment set
Ink and Coloring: Memento ink, Copic markers
Paper: C.C. Designs Copic Quality White, PP from my stash, colored cardstock
Embellishments and Etc.: googly eyes, Versamark ink, UTEE, Cuttlebug, Spellbinders die
That's it for today, folks! Thanks for stopping by!

CC Designs Autumn Sugarplums BLOG HOP!
Welcome to the CC Designs Autumn Sugarplums Blog Hop!!
The Autumn Sugarplums release is so large the whole team wanted to participate so we decided to do our very first blog hop!
If you've just happened across my blog and didn't start at the beginning click here to get started!

You know, I couldn't just create one card for these totally awesome stamps. OH NO NO NO that just wouldn't do! So I created two compleeeeeetely different cards!
The first one uses one of these cute little Sugarplum darlings. Isn't she cute and ready for autumn with her pumpkin in her lil red wagon? ACK! She is just adorable as are ALL the cutie-pie-tooties!
What I used on the first card: a Sugarplum darling, C.C. Designs Copic quality white cs, Memento ink, Copic markers, colored cardstock, patterned paper is some more that I have had in my collection of paper since the dawn of time, Cuttlebug, Spellbinders dies, white gel pen, caramel colored ink, ribbon, Martha Stewart edge punch, Martha Stewart leaf punch. Oh I also paper pieced her pinafore with DCWV patterned paper.
For this second card, I wanted it to be a bit more shabby, so I distressed a lot and sponged a lot. LOL! What I used on this second one: Autumn stamp kit pumpkins and vine. I stamped the vine then masked it off then stamped one of the pumpkins, masked it and so on and so on until I had four pumpkins all lined up. I also used
C.C. Designs Copic Quality White CS, DCWV PP, colored cardstock, Memento ink, Copic markers, stick on embellies from Michael's, perfect layers tool, Heidi Swapp edge distressor, caramel colored ink.
Don't forget to comment! ONE random comment from one of the blog hop posts will be chosen to win the ENTIRE Autumn Sugarplums stamp collection!! So make sure to leave a comment on each post to increase your chances of winning!
Thanks for stopping by! Continue the hop by visiting Kimmie! I'm sure she has a wonderful creation to share with you!
This contest is now closed! A random winner was chosen from one of the posts and is posted at the top of the original ATS blog hop post HERE <-----click!
Thank you all so much for stopping by and commenting! We can't wait to do this again!

Day 1 of June sneaks
from ATS. Y'all this is by far my most favorite time of the month is when I get to share new things. And each month, when I open my box of goodies from Christine, it is like Christmas! I love it!
And this set was a late one...just arriving yesterday along with next month's stamps! So I had to quickly get to work on making something. I had mulled around pre-making the card and then stamping, coloring, and slapping her on the card...but I decided against it.
So, here we are introducing...the Fairy Junebugs! There is a second fairy also in this set along with some decorations and a couple of sentiments. Isn't she pretty? I love the serene look on her face.
And who doesn't love that Doodlebug Cherry Amore and Cherry Pie paper and Doodlebug Boutique Brad with the cherries? I mean, seriously?!? Is that not the cutest paper?
So, her little wings were stamped out a second time onto vellum, cut out and then adorned with pearls. She just flies off the page. (haha!) A few little pearls here, a rhinestone or two there and she is perfectly adorned.
What I used: Fairy Junebug stamp set from the upcoming release at All That Scraps, Memento ink, Copic markers, white gel pen, Neenah white, SU CS, Doodlebug PP, pink vellum, ribbon, sticky rhinestones, sticky pearls.
That is all I have for now. Tomorrow's set is just (if not more) as ding-dang cute as this little gal. Run over to the ATS blog to see more from the other ladies. :)

DT Challenge at ATS...

well, so it is late. But better late than never, right? hehe
Our challenge is to make a 3x3 box for the little 3x3 notecards. They're so cute and was fun to make even though I don't follow directions very well....which is why...mine is different than the tutorial. :D
What I used: Beach Scenery set from this month's release at All That Scraps, SU CS, GP white, Memento ink, Copic markers, Amy R. Sentiment set from this month's release at All That Scraps, Creative Imaginations PP (does this go by the parent company or the design...either way, their paper is FABOO.)
I sponged a bit around the kraft CS, the PP and the cut-out surfboard.
Stop over and see what the other girls have done! I'm so priveleged to get to work with such talented ladies! We'd love to see you participate, too...
Thanks for popping by today!

Day Three of Sneaks!
Are y'all loving these? I "shore" do. HAHA. I slay me. hehAnyway, along with the Beachies set from the upcoming relase at All That Scraps that was previewed yesterday, there is a little scenery set to go along with it. I find I most always look at a card and think it needs "something" but sometimes I just don't have anything that makes sense. These little scenery and accessories sets really help me out! I used little Trevor for this card because he is so ding-dang cute with his old fashioned swim suit! Looove!
What I used: SU CS, Creative Imaginations PP, Cuttlebug, Spellbinders dies, Memento ink, Copic markers, CM wavy cutter.
Go on over to the ATS blog where you can see other examples. And don't forget to click on the other DT girls' links to see what FABULOUS (seriously, y'all...I'm in awe of their talent) creations they have made with this set. Enter on the blog for your chance to win the scenery set, too!
